The Carpet Repair Doctor is open for business, while taking precautionary measures to protect the health and safety of our clients and staff.
We are committed to providing a safe service to our residential and commercial clients. Our carpet repair technicians have all completed the federal Department of Health’s Infection Control COVID-19 online training course. This ensures that our team are trained in and practice safe procedures.
Our carpet repair work is carried out in line with the social distancing rule. Our technicians carry hand sanitizer, masks, gloves and disinfectant to all job sites.
We are continuing to provide on-site assessments of the scope of work where this is necessary. At the same time, in order to minimize contact, we are able to assess and price most work remotely, including patch repairs, re-stretching and deluxe steam cleaning.
